Using the latest technology and techniques, our team of qualified, skilled engineers conduct onsite CCTV surveys using our unique 360Siteview technology, manage drainage repairs in accordance with WRc standards and minimise disruption, while controlling costs.
Using our technology and team of experts we are able to locate the leak and resolve the issue in a single visit.
Our variety of techniques enable us to detect the leak quickly and efficiently and return the pipe back to watertight with minimum disruption and cost.
We specialise in geotechnical site investigation and soil surveys for residential developments, self build projects and subsidence claims.
We have a wealth of knowledge and experience managing these investigations to minimise disruption to your projects.

Using our digital technology, once notified of a new potential repair/claim, the details are uploaded on to the system.
All instructions are assessed through a process of triage by our skilled team of advisers using information provided through our self-service technology, including imagery and video evidence.
A mutually convenient appointment is agreed with the policyholder/homeowner. The information is recorded via our technology and communications are sent confirming the agreed appointment to all relevant parties.
Our team, processes and technology combined deliver a superior service. Accurate diagnosis and engineer-led decisions allows for minimum disruption and a cost-effective service. Once the findings are uploaded, the information is reviewed for reporting purposes.
The site investigation, drainage and/or water mains report are issued directly to the insurer. Once the report has been reviewed, a decision can be made with regards to the repair phase.
A mutually convenient appointment is agreed with the customer/policyholder. The information is recorded via our technology and communications are sent confirming the agreed appointment to all relevant parties for repairs to begin.
Our team, processes and technology combined deliver a superior service. Accurate diagnosis and engineer-led decisions allows for minimum disruption and a cost-effective service. Once the repair plan is confirmed, the information is reviewed for reporting purposes. The repair plan is followed, reviewed, completed and reported back to all relevant parties through 360Siteview.
All the information is shared with all relevant parties and the repair/claim is complete. It is at this stage that DRC will issue an invoice and the customer satisfaction questionnaire.
